Chasing Oblivion

First of all, 15 days in a row! I'm at the halfway point for NaBloPoMo. Of course, I'm also struggling to find things to post about. And so, here's a post of a whole bunch of random things.

1. I got a bid on my postcards-from-Canada offer in the Fandom Auctions thing on Livejournal. $10 for 12 monthly postcards, plus extras for birthdays or special events. I'm thinking of tossing another offer in there for a "tacky tourist" package - postcards, magnets, keychains. The only problem with that would be the shipping if I get a bidder from overseas. Still working on getting some writing up so I can offer a fanfic/original work.

2. If I could eradicate one thing from this planet, it would be homophobia. It's so stupid.

3. Probably somewhat connected to the above point, I've decided on my project for Script Frenzy. Young woman, coming out of the closet to her homophobic family, goes on a road trip to escape and ends up meeting her first love.

4. Pokemon Black is made of awesome. I'm on the second Gym right now, and I'm more into this game than I've been into Pokemon for a long time. Also, whoever thought up the name "Roggenrola"...I freaking love you.
